Ken Horn (Cambodian: ខិន ហន, born July 04, 1987) is a full-time academic lecturer at Pannasastra University of Cambodia Archived 2023-01-20 at the វេយប៊ែខ ម៉ាស៊ីន. in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. He teaches Personal Growth, Character Building, Management and Leadership Development Skills. Horn did his bachelor's and master’s in International Relations, specialization in Peace and Development. He got two scholarships to study in Europe, the University of Leuven Archived 2022-12-23 at the វេយប៊ែខ ម៉ាស៊ីន., Belgium in 2012-2013 and Masaryk University, Czech Republic in 2015-2016. He traveled to several countries in the ASEAN and joining regional workshops on capacity building, project design thinking and oversea project implementations. For the last two years, Horn has grown his interests in youth empowerment and community services. He led several leadership camps, fundraising and organizing youth leadership dialogues under themes: the Leader in You and Youth Enabling Youth. Besides teaching, he’s involving a project to promote changes in the community by using technology in education. He led students to do storytelling videos to inspire positivity among youth in social media.
