Usage
កែប្រែThis template is used to detail the priestly ordination and episcopal lineage for the biography of an ordained deacon, priest or bishop in Christian denominations claiming to be part of the Historic episcopate, such as Catholics, Orthodox Christians, Anglicans, Old Catholics, etc. This template is intended to replace Template:Episcopal succession and used in an appropriate place within the body of the article.

- The bishop who ordained the subject to the respective order.
date of diaconal ordination, date of priestly ordination, date of consecration
- Date of the subject's respective ordination
place of diaconal ordination, place of priestly ordination, place of consecration
- The church and city where the ordination took place, for example, Westminster Cathedral, London
co-consecrator1 and co-consecrator2
- The names of the co-consecrators of the subject (if a bishop) in either order.
bishop 1 — bishop 20
- The name of the bishop that has been consecrated by the subject. Leave blank if not used.
consecration date 1 — consecration date 20
- The date that the bishop was consecrated by the subject. Leave blank if not used.
