ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០០៩នេះតទៅ នឹងមានការផាកពិន័យ ចំពោះអ្នកបើកបរទោចក្រយាន្តទាំងឡាយណា ដែលមិនបានពាក់មួកការពារសុវត្តិភាពក្នុងពេលបើកបរនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ការពាក់មួកសុវត្តិភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ បង្ហាញពីសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូររបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលចេះគោរពច្បាប់ចរាចរណ៍។
